NBA Finals Cavs x Warriors

History doesn’t always repeat itself. Game 6 was on the exact day the Golden State Warriors won the Championship last year, however the Cleveland Cavilers fought hard to prevent that from happening again. From tip off to the last buzzard, the Cavs dominated the court and earned another chance in the NBA Finals. Not only did LeBron James and the Cavs force a Game 7 after trailing 3-1, but is the first Finals team in 50 years to do so!

Let’s Recap: Within the first quarter, the Cavs had a 22-point lead and didn’t let up from there.  LeBron James had another show-stopping performance by scoring 41 points, 11 assists, eight rebounds, four steals, three blocks, and of course, the W! Things turned ugly when Stephen Curry fouled out, and was ejected from the game with 4:22 left in the fourth quarter after throwing his mouthpiece at a fan. Don’t believe me? Just watch.

If you think it couldn’t get any worse for the Warriors, the MVP’s wife Ayesha Curry took to Twitter claiming that the game was rigged by the NBA for ratings.

Now if you didn’t get your dad anything for Father’s Day this Sunday, don’t worry because this game should suffice. Tune in to ABC at 8:00 p.m. to see if King James and the Cavs have what it takes to “Put A Ring On It”!
